Our mission: to effectively manage your legal issues in and out of court.
The Law Offices of Migriño and Dacanay is a Philippine-based law firm
with lawyers inheriting a tradition of quality and exceptional legal
services from the country’s top law firms.
Since its establishment as a solo practice in 2013, the firm has since
evolved into what it is today, developing and cultivating much of its
experience from dispute resolution which includes criminal and civil
disputes, high-stake litigation, multi-million dollar arbitration, and
corporate rehabilitation.
Now, with the increased legal and administrative personnel, the Firm is
taking on a wider range of legal issues, including corporate set-up and
regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, banking, tax, real
estate, and conveyance of assets.
We assist our clients in all aspects of criminal procedure: from assistance of clients during arrests, bail proceedings, trial defense and prosecution, and post-judgment remedies.
We assist clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including collection matters, foreclosures, attachment proceedings, banking litigation, intra-corporate disputes, and corporate rehabilitation.
We assist clients in setting up and maintaining corporations in the Philippines, including business entity set-up, tax and regulatory compliance, and international trade of services and goods.
We assist our clients in the conveyance and transfer of their assets, including land and other real property transfers, settlement of estate, and corporate share transfers.
